Terms of Use
By using StayTrack you agree to the terms set out below.
What StayTrack is
StayTrack is a record-keeping and calculation tool. It organises the trips you enter, calculates counted absence days from those dates and produces reports you can review. It does not make decisions and it does not assess eligibility.
No legal or immigration advice
Nothing in StayTrack is legal or immigration advice. Results shown in the app are organisational estimates based only on the information you enter. Immigration rules change and individual circumstances may affect how absences are treated. Check current official guidance, or speak to a qualified immigration adviser, before making an application or travel decision.
Accuracy of your information
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the dates, trips and documents you enter. StayTrack cannot detect travel you have not recorded.
No guarantees
StayTrack does not guarantee immigration eligibility, application approval, or any particular outcome. The service is provided on an as-is basis and may change over time.
Your account
Keep your password secure and do not share your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Independent service
StayTrack is an independent private service. It is not connected to, approved by or endorsed by the Home Office, GOV.UK or UK Visas and Immigration. StayTrack does not provide legal or immigration advice, uses the information you enter to produce organisational estimates only, and cannot guarantee the result of any immigration or citizenship application. Always verify current requirements through official sources or a qualified immigration adviser.
