Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information StayTrack holds about you, why it is held and what control you have over it.
Information we hold
- Your email address, used to create and sign in to your account.
- Your first and last name, if you provide them.
- Visa information you enter, such as your visa route, visa dates and intended application dates.
- Trips you record, including departure and return dates, destinations, travel reasons and any notes you add.
- Files you choose to upload as supporting documents.
We do not ask for your passport identity page during setup, and you should not upload documents that are unnecessary for your travel record.
Why we hold it
Your information is used only to operate the service for you: storing your travel journal, producing absence calculations from the dates you enter, and generating the reports you request. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Account data, travel records and uploaded files are stored in a managed cloud database and private file storage. Access rules are applied at the database level so that records can only be read by the account that created them. Uploaded files are stored privately and are never served from public links.
Your control
- You can edit or delete any trip or document at any time.
- You can export all of your data from Settings.
- You can permanently delete your account, which removes your database records and stored files.
Independent service
StayTrack is an independent private service. It is not connected to, approved by or endorsed by the Home Office, GOV.UK or UK Visas and Immigration. StayTrack does not provide legal or immigration advice, uses the information you enter to produce organisational estimates only, and cannot guarantee the result of any immigration or citizenship application. Always verify current requirements through official sources or a qualified immigration adviser.
