What we can help with
- Account access, verification and password resets.
- Questions about how a calculation was produced from your entries.
- Correcting, exporting or deleting your records.
What we cannot help with
We cannot advise on your immigration position, review an application or tell you whether a trip is permitted. For that, use official GOV.UK guidance or a qualified immigration adviser.
